Responsible for the overall management of the non-profit organization.

Responsible for the overall management of the lending staff and loan programs.
Frank Rhodus: Chief Financial Officer
Responsible for the overall financial management and accounting functions.
Cheryl Meadows: Communications Director
Prepares all written communications including press releases,develops marketing
materials, manages website and social media and coordinates special events.
Kimberly J. Wilson: SBA/Business Loan Officer
Provides direct lending services and technical assistance to communities
and businesses in Southeast Kentucky and SBA 504 services across the Commonwealth.
